I am looking to Hit the Gym with a fierce attitude.
I would like to start dropping LBs and tone-up immediately.
I am 5'11" around 225, aaand,
I have the accountability characteristics that my gym partner would be looking for:
-I SHOW UP, regardless of the previous night's trysts.
-I keep track of incremental weight gains in reps, sets, and plates added.
-I am looking to include stretching and team cardio into the program.
Bench 230
Leg Press 360 (if the need is to go this high)
Core is strong by service industry standards, weak by sculpting and flexibility definitions.

Elliptical/Rowing/Stair Master have been the machines that have been making me cry, I Mean, sweat.
Shoulders and Back have had some gains, but I would like to sculpt the mounds of muscle.
I do have boxing sparring mitts, if someone is looking to do ACTIVE rounds. (I am a top-end novice partner)
The 9 week program happen to be cut short when my current partner moved to other side of town.
I don't want to stall and regress to what I was doing before - binging tv and NOT utilizing my time efficiently.

Put aside the drinking and gambling for a few months to create the gains you want to see next summer or just for self confidence, either or, I AM IN.
