Guitarist looking for a gigging Americana band

I've been playing guitar for close to 20 years, mostly in bands that play original music. Its fun, but unfortunately, gigs playing originals (especially loud, abrasive originals) are hard to come by and generally don’t pay. I’ve always enjoyed music that would fall under the banner of Americana, namely rockabilly, outlaw country, alt country etc. Some of my favorites are Steve Earle, David Allan Coe, Merle Haggard, Eddie Cochran, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and all three Hank Williams’s. Just to be totally up front- I’ve never actually been in a band like this, I’ve just always liked listening to it, and I’m a quick learner when I’m playing what I like. Ideally, I’m looking for a band that has a mostly formed line up and just needs a guitarist to be gig ready in a couple of months. An added bonus would be if you already have contacts at bars or venues who would be interested in booking us. I live north of Baltimore, so preferably I’d like to rehearse within 20 minutes of where I live (willing to travel further for gigs, just not trying to drive super far on a weekly basis). Normally, I can commit to practicing at least once a week.
