It was classic. We both knew it was the perfect set up. I could see the smile on your face as you stepped up to the wall of vegetables at the grocery store. I was bagging something green and leafy and you picked up another kind of veggie. I said something stupid that made you laugh. You glanced at me out of the corner of your eyes as you turned away from me. Wish I had followed.
