Cut my grass and pull weeds

Hi I have a 1/4 acre lot and there are weeds to pull throughout the landscaping I’m looking to pay $15-$20 per hour or by the job. If you mowed the lawn twice and pulled all the weeds and rake up the clippings it would be $100 and removed some scrap pieces of wood.
