Looking for 1 general laborer for rental housing cleanout and make ready. - Duties include but not limited to removal of debris interior and exterior, removal of brush and trees, lawncare, general repair of houses, vacuuming and carpet removal. - Laborers will be operating company vehicles and dump trailers so experience is preferred as well as a decent driving and preferably a clean criminal record. Looking for 2 Experienced Make ready/Finish persons for more in depth house repair - Experience and tools required for all aspects of house repair - You must have your own Truck for transporting materials and tools These are not team positions we are not looking to hire other companies or crews THESE ARE ALL 1099 POSITIONS
