Our Facilities team is looking for a full time Janitor to support facilities activities and provide an optimal working environment for all of the organization’s staff members by providing a clean and sanitary work workplace. This position is Monday thru Friday 3:30pm to 12:00pm and offers a 10% night shift premium. Apply online: Position Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and assure the cleanliness of breakrooms, bathrooms, and conference rooms Replenishment of breakroom and bathroom supplies Vacuuming of carpets Mopping, waxing, and buffing of floors Dusting of common area furniture Removal of trash and cleaning of trash containers Helps in-house recycle program during trash collection by transferring seen recyclables to correct recycling bin Interior window cleaning Cleaning of production floor Inventory control of janitorial supplies Sanitization of common area touch points Regular attendance is an essential job function. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor Knowledge, Skills & Abilities   Practical knowledge Microsoft Outlook Ability to effectively input and track facility requests and schedules Good communication skills Highly relational as to work with internal customers and suppliers Ability work in high pressure/stressful environment   Education and Experience   High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of Facilities-related work experience, including practical knowledge of maintaining ticket tracking system Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience with corporate safety programs   About the Company Located just north of Santa Barbara on the scenic Central Coast of California, KARL STORZ Imaging in Goleta designs and manufactures high tech medical imaging equipment including video cameras and image enhancing devices.
