Monday - Friday 9AM – 5PM w/ one hour lunch break Must be reliable and have your own transportation. Remote work is not possible with this job. We are looking for a team member that has experience working in the screen printing industry, particularly in production. This position is intended for someone who is punctual and understands more than the basics of screen printing. We're growing shop in need of additional solid team members with experience. Required Experience -More than 2+ years working in a screen print shop -Extensive knowledge working and operating an automatic and manual screen print press -Setting up and registering screens for multi color jobs -Following detailed instructions -Loading and unloading shirts -Some experience mixing ink colors (plastisol) -Basic math skills for counting in and receiving garments -Attention to detail -Good decision making skills and able carry out instructions in written or oral form Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Unloading, counting, stacking, folding, boxing apparel & textiles -Visual print quality control -Preparing apparel/textiles for printing -Assisting in moving apparel through production process -Assisting in receiving apparel confirming contents to work orders, noting shortages or discrepancies, boxing, labeling and storing Work environment is demanding -Walk and stand for long periods of time -Moderate noise level of screen-printing equipment -High heat temperatures in the summer months -Fast Paced work environment in order to meet quick turnarounds and deadlines
