WOBURN, MA — A highway offramp in Woburn reopened Monday afternoon more than three hours after a tractor trailer rolled over, drawing an emergency response to the area. The crash took place at the I-95 southbound offramp to I-93 southbound in Woburn around 12:20 p.m., according to State Police. Police responded alongside the Woburn Fire Department, which was on scene to help clean up a small fuel spill, State Police said. WBZ Traffic reported "heavy delays" approaching the crash site at 12:35 p.m. State Police said just after 1:30 p.m. that the ramp closure and recovery were anticipated to take "several hours." No additional information was immediately available on the condition of the driver.
