Title: General Operations Support  - Full Time & Permanent Location: Cumming, Iowa (7 miles South of DesMoines, just off I-35.... a quick 10 minutes from WDM) Hours: 8:30-5:00pm Mon-Fri (Weekends Off!!) Compensation: $15/hr to start      Looking for a long term, stable opportunity? Company culture is best described as laid back and casual but make no mistake, we’re aligned towards efficiency and effective performance.  Essential Skills: The ideal candidate for this position would be someone with a good blend of hands-on skills and solid intellect; someone who is comfortable pulling parts, packing boxes, learning electronic repair, sandblasting electronic modules and processing inbound and outbound shipping.....but also someone looking to grow and evolve with the company.  · Manufacturing or shop experience: Someone with some type of manufacturing, shop, or construction experience would be great for this role. We need someone that isn't afraid to break a sweat, get dirty, and do what needs to be done. This isn't a fast food joint, we're a diesel performance operation.    · General Automotive Knowledge: A basic working knowledge of automotive and mechanical concepts and general repairs is critical. Our whole business is revolves around automotive maintenance, performance, problems and solutions. We need someone that has a fundamental grasp on those concepts and interested in learning more. We can train the willing.  · Electronics Knowledge: Candidates with some basic fundamental electronics/circuit board knowledge are desired but it’s not an absolute requirement. If you have all the other core skills, especially reliability and a willingness to learn, we can train you. We work with a variety of modules, boards, tuners and electronics. Once again, we can train all the tasks, you just have to bring the reliability and integrity. Those two are a requirement.  · Overtime: Willing and able to work overtime as needed. You'll generally work 40hrs a week, but if the crunch is on we need someone willing to meet the demand.  · Physically Able: Must be able to able to lift up to 50lbs, kneel, bend, reach, work in hot/cold environments.  · Interpersonal: Must be able to work well with and get along with co-workers and management. Interacting in a mutually respectful manner is a requirement, as is the ability to follow general directives and pay attention to detail. To function effectively as a team, we need team players. Typical Duties: · Packaging: Assisting with incoming and outbound recording and packaging. We handle packages EVERY day.  · Electronics & Tuning: Loading software onto modules, soldering, sandblasting, testing    General Labor: Trash removal & general upkeep, grounds care, occasional maintenance tasks   · Daily learning: Ongoing learning of product lines, processes and procedures  Requirements: Applicants must have a solid work history demonstrating commitment, performance and dependability. Applicants must have at least 2+ years with a single employer, at some point within the last 5 years. Reliability is paramount.  When: Immediate.
