Established Des Moines band, Des Funk, is looking for a bass player. We play funk/soul/rock/jazz fusion, about 80% instrumental--it's really all about the groove. Our current set list includes versions of tunes by Billy Preston, John Scofield, The JB's, Grover Washington Jr., and Rock Candy Funk Party. We also have a few originals and will be working on more.
