A tall guy with TOIT pants, long hair and cowboy boots was running down Central between 1st and 2nd streets REALLY FAST. He dropped something in one of those little tree squares. I thought he littered and was gonna pick up the trash but then realized it was his keys. I tried to run after him but those long damn legs were too fast for me and someone on the corner said he got into a truck and drove away. Fancy cowboy boot keychain.
