Immediate work for Sub Contracted Siding Crew! We have an open siding job in mid tear off and we need our crew to take care of another project. We are looking for an experienced crew with an immediate opening this week to wrap up this project. Materials/dumpster are onsite and demo is in process. No metal work. sides and rear of house only. Subcontractor must provide and maintain the following insurances and provisions as described below. Failure to maintain these insurances may result in delayed payments for projects until updated policies are provided. • The subcontractor must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and an aggregate of no less than $2,000,000. Subcontractor must name Firsthand Construction, the GC, as an Additional Insured on the General Liability policy on a primary and non-contributory basis for on-going and completed operations. • All subcontractors must carry Workers’ Compensation insurance. • Provide Filled out W-9 • Signed Subcontractor Agreement • Registration with Department of Labor A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided before a sub starts any work. This must be an original COI with an original agent signature (no copies). Without an original COI, the subcontractor will not be paid.
