We have something like 280 abandoned schools in California. We also have many larger 5-6 room houses for rent in the middle of Orange County, perfectly placed. We have motel prices over 100 a night and no check-in until after 3pm. We have an opportunity. I have been to a few hostels lately up in San Francisco and one down in San Diego. Its a community style guest inn that has shared kitchen and lounge area. The lodging price is close to 40 per person. Sometimes much lower. Many European travelers end up coming here and seeing the sites. Once the Hostel is on a registry and backpackers or travelers can see it, they will come. Many of our residents will stay night after night because of the lax environment and affordable fees. Included are a few pics of the Green Tortoise in SF and you can just Google it also, to see what I'm talking about if you have no clue This isn't a huge investment opportunity, all though it is,. but I am looking to partner up with someone who can see the vision and create the vibe in every hostel we open.
