Need a new roof in Minneapolis

House roof size is 16 squares and garage is 7 squares. Would like modern looking dark brown shingle such as timberline. You pull the permit, supply the materials and do the work for $10,000. If you need me to pull the permit or get materials or help with doing the work it would be less then 10k. Please let me know your experience.
