We are looking to add a hardworking, motivated worker to our crew. This is an entry level position. We work in the extremely fast paced communication industry. We use Ditch Witch directional drills and other various equipment to install and locate conduit and cables. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor in an industry that never fails. There is a push for fiber optics to reach every house in America. You MUST be HARD WORKING, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE and MOTIVATED! If you meet these requirements, you will work 40-60 hours per week. You will work with me on my crew and will learn all aspects of the job including locating and operating. You must have a VALID LICENSE and be DRUG FREE. Job duties include driving a UTV to move dirt piles and light landscape type cleanup. I promote from within and offer very rapid pay increases and bonuses. It's very easy to double your income in a short time as your skills and efficiency increase. I am an owner operator and have been in this business for over 15 years and a similar one before that. The shop is located in Harris about 40 minutes north of the cities just off interstate 35. The majority of our work is in and around the metro. People from north of the cities have the opportunity to start and stop at the shop and work longer hours. People from the metro start and stop at the jobsite.
