I need a handyman / crew who can help me with these items this week. PLEASE TEXT. Highest priority: 1. Replace bifold closet door 2. Replace two light fixtures (one exterior, one interior) 3. Install blinds on 5 windows inside 4. Mow, edge, weed, trim one tree. You can see the front garden bed that needs to be weeded, roughly 9 x 3 ft. The yard itself is about 70 ft. x 15 ft (small yard), and there is a side alley to mowed as well (you may need your weed whacker for one particular spot, see picture). I'm also considering doing the following: 5. Repair siding rot above carport (see photo - roughly 15' wide x 2.5' tall area) 6. Repair rotted trim spots (three small spots, see photos) 7. Paint exterior of home, including trim and gutters. Grey trim, white siding. House is 1200 square feet, single-story. TEXT, please.
