Every day duties will include but not be restricted to; Check building and exterior of building for trash, debris, etc. Dispose of properly. Change lightbulbs when needed Sweep property inside and outside Inspect and clean balconies and balcony ceilings once a week Clean exterior windows every week Water the plants every other day as instructed Landscaping maintenance Clean house & carriage house windows at least 1x a week or sooner if needed (use soap and water followed by Windex) Clean outdoor kitchen including roof, ceiling, and TV Water plants - Different types of plants require different water amounts and frequency Dust inside and outside furniture Swimming pool - take out leaves Make sure backyard is clean Leaf blow - commercial and residential buildings HVAC knowledge preferred Plumbing and electrical knowledge preferred Carpentry, drywall and refrigeration repair preferred
