Looking to rehome my 1 year old male chinchilla. He is sweet once he gets to know you, just have too many chins now and need to downsize. He has torn ears from being attacked by another chin before coming to me. He will come with his multi-level cage and his dust bath and a bag of feed to help him switch to your feed. Chinchilla experience IS A MUST! I won't sell to anyone who plans to give him to their child. Must be at least 16 years old and have good knowledge of the proper care that a chinchilla should have. If you tell me you got your knowledge from Petco or Petsmart then I will turn you down (99% of their care tips are WRONG). These are NOT beginner pets! They are very temperature sensitive, don't like being held all the time, have very fragile bone structure, and VERY sensitive stomachs. Don't even bother messaging if you are not 100% prepared for a chinchilla. I rescue most of mine from people who were not giving proper care, so good homes are more important to me than a quick sale. That's why the rehome fee is firm at $200. Can provide pictures upon request. He is just a standard grey but his personality outshines even my flashy colored chins.
