Grounds Keeping/Light Maintenance

We are a mid-sized apartment complex in search of someone capable of keeping our property clean, trimmed, and in great condition! From general morning clean-up, trimming bushes, weed spraying or removal, fence repairs, and an assortment of other projects from paint touch-up and landscaping projects. On any given day we might swap out a security camera, re-number parking spaces, or pressure wash the pool deck. The more skills you bring the higher the pay, but attitude is most important. You'll be given assignments and work on them independently or with a partner, so you must be self-motivated and have great ethics. The work is year round and 90 percent outdoors. Applicants should be able to work on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, and be able to lift heavy objects. Ability to communicate in English is required, Spanish is a plus. We are more than happy to train the right person.
