We are a growing company doing both construction and non-construction cleaning work. Positions are for open for both areas. See below for requirements. In all cases, must have reliable transportation and have some flexibility in your schedule. The right people can earn $16 - $18 per hour. CONSTRUCTION CLEANING: For construction cleaning, must have some construction experience and capable of driving a large Silverado or RAM pickup with a 14' to 16' trailer. Hours are available during the week as well as on weekends only. Weekend work: Many times we cannot get all the work done during the week and need to complete a few jobs on the weekend. We are looking for someone that if we would call on Thursday or Friday could be available for Saturday and possibly Sunday if work is available. Responsibilities: Lot clean up, garage clean-out, power washing. Requirements: Good transportation to get to location where truck and trailer are stored. Able to be self motivated and trustworthy. You will be using over $50,000 of equipment. Professional attitude as you will have interaction with on-site building managers. Professional attitude working with your co-worker. Great opportunity for someone who has some management skills, can communicate effectively, and do whatever is necessary to make our customers happy! This could turn into a Lead Position, if interested, as the business grows.
