Operate machines -- CNC Punch, and a press brake, both are modern and are pretty simple to operate with lots of safety features. They do have some small automated spot welding machines, no Mig or Tig or Heli arc. It's just simple pressure, operated fusion welders. Operate sanders, grinders, and drills.
