Description
Try a medicinal yoga class to learn stretching, postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation in a simple and joyful manner. Yoga practice helps to strengthen, lengthen, and replenish muscle tissues, which helps hold bones and align the whole body.
When: 5:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Who: Anyone who can breathe and smile
Where: Zoom
Fees: $50 for 15 consecutive classes. This offer is available to new students only. Next round of classes begins August 29th.
