Puppy Needs Rehome

I am needing to rehome my 5 month old female puppy. When we have got her she was very inactive. But puppies grow out of their shell. She has all her vaccines, she is microchipped. She is a border collie mix. She gets along really well with other dogs. Not sure about cats but we have had a smaller puppy and she gets along really well with him. The reason we are rehoming is because she has learned to jump our outside fence and has even thought our other dogs how to as well. She is very vocal. But she is a sweet heart and it saddens me that it has reached this point. We want her to go to a good home and am hoping we can still see her every once in a while.
