Looking for a family Dr.

Is there anybody out there on craigslist know where I can find a good Family Dr. I prefer a doctor that is in Independence MO. since I live in Independence MO. but it does not have to be a doctor that is in Independence MO. it can be a doctor in Kansas City MO. I am on Medicaid and Medicare. So the doctor will have to accept my Medicaid and Medicare card. I was going to Swope Parkway Health Services on Truman Rd. But every time I went to Swope Health Service for a appointment. Most of the time I always see a new doctor or a new nurse and no one knows nothing about me. I went to Swope health Center for over a year and most of the time I get the runaround so I quit going to Swope Health Services. I have not been to Swope for about 2 year now and I need to find me a new doctor because I have high blood pressure and other things that is wrong with me. If anybody can help me out.
