We are a Homeowners Association in San Luis Obispo looking for a full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00pm Maintenance Crew Member. Duties include landscape and irrigation work, pool, spa, gym, office cleaning etc, touch up painting and other maintenance type work. Experience is a plus and salary will be based on your experience. References are checked after your initial interview. One weeks vacation provided after working for one year. Certain holidays paid after passing probationary period.
