We have a sanctuary for special needs, sick, young, old, grumpy, and sweet beardies who just need a little extra attention to live at for the rest of their lives. All bearded dragons that I take in are taken to the vet to get a wellness exam or treatments they may need. The vet is something that is highly used year round even for check ups! I give them their own home (tank), fresh veggies and the occasional fruity treat, home bred bugs so there's never a shortage, and other enrichment including dig boxes, supervised free roam (the windows are a favorite chill spot). During warmer months they are also allowed outdoors in fenced in areas to bask and enjoy the weather. Depending on their personality and interests or needs, they're provided enrichment accordingly such as dig boxes, blocked off vision tanks for our grumpier lizards, more free roam time if they're full of energy, ect. I give updates on the website about any bearded dragon that comes in, as well as photos and news almost daily and am willing to update you on your beardie if you'd lIke so you know they're living their best lives. I do not profit off your surrendered bearded dragon, I do not breed or sell them ever, all funding is through our own employment or sold merchandise as donations I travel up to 250 miles to pick up our new friends if it’s further out we can work something out too. So we do have rates for that. $20.00 -- For the beardie ((lizard)) on it's own. 40.00 for the beardie and if it’s smaller than a 20 gallon tank. $60.00 For the Beardied and the tank. ((Sometimes we might be able to work out a different deal)) With other critter prices and rates are different so ask ahead. At Home For Beardies I take in more than just bearded dragons. Other critters that are taken in are Crested Geckos, Leopard Geckos, Frogs, smaller Snakes, Tortoises, Hedgehogs and all Bird types.
