Property Preservation We are in search of one full time employee to do property preservation work. We do all aspects of preservation work including but certainly not limited to: Debris/garbage removal Grass Cuts Property Inspections Light construction Remodeling Tree trimming Lock Changes Cleaning Valid and clean driver’s license required. Must be able to work independently as well as with others. We maintain properties ranging from high end real estate to the abandoned and derelict. Perhaps you have never done preservation work. We are willing to teach the right person. We can provide cell phone, company truck, tools, gas stipend, and one week paid vacation/year. Perhaps you have experience in the preservation field. We have a moderately different perspective here and the expectation is that things are done by our standard, not ‘industry practice or industry standard’ Please respond with either a (1)resume or (2)a letter of interest with a list of past employment history.
