Need two small spots prepped for Grass

I had two trees removed and their stumps ground out. I need to get the chips and remaining chunks of wood either bagged up or thrown into the woods behind my house and a small amount of black dirt leveled off so I can plant grass seed. I am happy to pay by the hour at $25 an hour cash or a flat fee for the job if you wish to do it that way.
