Flooring installers needed

Bennett Home Solutions LLC, a local Cleveland company, is currently seeking home flooring installers. Experience preffered but will train the right individuals with similiar backgrounds. Carpentry and home remodeling backgrounds a plus. Pay will scale with experience starting at $14 an hour for one year of experience with raises based on performance, reliability, and attendance. Average 8-10 hours a day on 1099 with possibility to move to pay per sqft after initial performance period. Basic hand tools needed : hammer, speed square, utility knife. Tools provided: All power tools and specialty tools. Own transportation needed but can be claimed under 1099.
