Our Company is seeking a PART TIME Recreation Assistant for one of our beautiful onsite properties, located in our Carlsbad Community. Summary: The Recreation Assistant is responsible for the comprehensive Recreation program within the guidelines of the Board of Directors, Operations Committee, the Recreation committee, and adherence to Keystone’s mission, vision, and core values. Reports to the General Manager and communicates with committees, residents, guests, contractors, and the general public. Part Time Hours: Friday 5am – 9am Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the rules and regulations of facility. • Maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club. • Provides as a contact with residents and guests using the club amenities. • Enforce all CC&R’s, policies and rules relating to Recreation Center Operations. • Interface with all committees involved with recreation activities. • Answers phones, assists residents • Responsible for cleanliness of interior/exterior club furniture and equipment. • Inspect the grounds, parking lot, light outage, and dispose of any debris. • Ensure walkway safety and inspect surrounding areas of patio restrooms throughout the day. • Inspect and clean all areas in Tennis Courts, Athletic Center, and Playground. • Monitor and assist with Pool & Spa and Gymnasium facilities. • Assist in set up and tear down of Association owned equipment • Assist residents in processing paperwork for upcoming events • Follow all procedures for area events. • Attendance required at all Association Recreation Special Events. • Assist Recreation Committee, General Manager, and staff in ticket sales, preparation, set-up, tear down, and clean up. • Ensure compliance and availability of all instructors for classes occurring onsite at the community. • Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission and Vision. • Any additional job duties as required by supervisor. Qualification Requirements: • Must have a valid CA Driver’s License. • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive within the community. • Possess strong administrative duties. • Exceptional customer service and positive attitude. • Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule. • Proficiencies in Microsoft Suite Programs. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal and written communication. Education and/or Experience: • 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative or Customer Service related role. • High School Diploma or GED.
