Found Dog around Basin / Alabama Streets

Found a neutered all black male dog in the streets in the rain around basin / Alabama area in Tallahassee yesterday 8/20/22. Seems like a young dog based on energy level. Please respond if he is yours. We have posted him on Facebook / Twitter / Nextdoor / the LCHS website.
