Maintenance /Handy Man ( Gas pay out ) Paid per gig not hourly compensation: $50 - $150 or more per gig starting pay plus every Friday Pay out Please read entire ad before applying we are a Property Management company seeking an Reliable On Call Handy Man and Maintenance Technician to be on Call in Atlanta GA Must have successful professional experience in maintenance field, specifically with multi-unit residential spaces. Criminal background investigations are completed on each candidate. Servicing all of Atlanta GA and Metro Atlanta some fixes include: Furniture (chair legs, table, bed etc.) Cabinets Moving things Seal/Caulking (holes, things that are needed) Access to ladder/truck (helpful) Fix appliances Lock on doors (fix or adjust) Toilet/plumbing Exterminator And basic maintenance WE PAY FOR ALL MATERIALS if you need to purchase items from a store Pay : By completed service/gig categorized ( this is starting out pay after 60 days we evaluate and add you on a salary retainer ) $50 ( small gig example : Replace a light bulb, un clog a toilet, small easy fixes ) $100 ( medium gig example : Fix damaged chair, Fix toilet, etc ) $200 plus ( big Gig electrical work, hvac work, detailed maintenance, etc ) $$ you will receive Gas fee pay out per gig Performance bonuses $$ Weekend same day fixes per gig or more depending on the details of the fix ( Gas fee payed out per gig ) TO APPLY, SEND : 1.
