Description

This maintenance / Handyman position is responsible for; Tasks (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and interior and exterior upkeep) Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work Inspection and approval of all move-ins and move-outs (if applicable) Supervise maintenance work done on property by outside vendors/contractors brought in as deemed necessary Take ownership in work orders provided by management Perform landscaping cleanup, watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing Pool maintenance / cleaning (if applicable) Other duties as assigned Dependable person a must !!!
