Iso: small breed dog

Hi. My father is looking for a small breed dog ( Chihuahua, Chihuahua mix, or dachshund preferably) as a companion. He has been very lonely since we lost my mom a few years ago. He does not want a puppy nor does he want to pay an outrageous rehoming fee. My dad is in his 60's but he is very healthy and active and can provide a loving home. He doesn't mind if the dog is fully potty trained or not, he has plenty of time to dedicate so that wouldn't be a problem. If you have a dog that you think might be a good fit please let me know.
