Guitarist looking to form original instrumental band

Guitarist looking for bandmates for original or mostly original band. I’ve been in the Eugene area for about 6 years playing solo acoustic shows and the jazz trio wine bar/brew pub scene. I’ve also spent much of the last 12 years creating original music by myself or with online partners, but I miss being in a collaborative band. I’d like to find a situation where everyone has a say and there is a mix of composition and improvisation (but not an aimless jam band). I’d prefer to be all instrumental. Biggest need would be drums and bass but I’m open to any instruments. Age and gender don’t matter to me and this will be an inclusive group. My background and what I want to bring to the group: 46 years old, 33 years playing guitar. I have a music degree that’s sometimes useful, sometimes not, and I’ve worn just about every hat there is in the music world. My influences I would like to bring to this project are Satriani, Holdsworth, Vernon Reid, Jim Matheos, Gambale, jazz fusion, prog, ambient, and post-rock.
