Ayana Labossiere Burks is a professionally trained Transformation Health Coach, who helps women who want to get healthy and/or lose weight transform their relationship to food, to exercise, and most importantly themselves. She has a Health Coaching credential and a Life Coaching credential. She also has a Master’s Degree in Education and has been teaching for over 10 years. She works with clients one-on-one, speaks at conferences and events, and does trainings on body positivity, habit change, self-love, self-compassion, and self-care. She uses her expertise and life experiences to help people change their mindsets for good, so they can change their habits and health for life. She helps people move past guilt and shame, recognize their value and worth, and stop judging themselves and their bodies.
