IF YOUR CAT IS HUNGRY B/C YOUR MOM DIDNT FEED IT, STOP ASKING FOR A REHOMING FEE AND GIVE THE CAT TO A SHELTER. It is SELFISH to keep a "starving" cat because you want money. If you cared about the cat's well-being, you would just want it to go to a nice home AND BE FED, both of which shelters will do for FREE if you give them the cat. Stop being selfish! GIVE THE CAT TO A SHELTER SO IT CAN GET THE LIFE IT DESERVES.
