Reports to: Operations Manager Supervises: Landscape/Hardscape Crew Position Overview: The Senior Landscape/Hardscape Crew Leader is responsible for the quality and efficiency of their crew in the completion of residential and small commercial hardscape installation projects. The Senior Landscape/Hardscape Crew Leader is adept at installing paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor fireplaces, and other projects. This position has experience reading and following blueprints, leading a crew of 3-4 technicians, and proactively communicating with clients to create a seamless customer experience that meets or exceeds Position Details: Salary: $22-30/hour, based upon experience Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work in the elements. Work Schedule: Hours vary based on seasonal needs, and must be flexible. Typically M-F, 7a-5p. Work Location: 4830 Hendron Rd. Groveport, Ohio 43125 Work Conditions: Outside, in the elements Travel: 0% Primary Responsibilities: Install paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, and other hardscapes Manage a 3-4 person crew to ensure work is performed according to top industry standards. Manage crew efficiency to ensure work is performed within budgeted/contracted hours. Take ownership of jobs by educating yourself and crew members on all properties/routes  Assist in onboarding and training of new hires Communicate with clients to ensure continuing satisfaction, and/or make adjustments as needed Load and unload machinery, power tools, and hand tools; hook up a trailer Comply with the company’s safety policies and procedures Daily input of crew hours to assure accurate payroll Perform snow duties as assigned by the branch manager. Minimum Requirements: Valid driver’s license and insurability Three years of residential hardscape installation experience with a professional landscape company. Ability to operate a truck and trailer Ability to push, pull, lift, or move up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to work outdoors in all elements Knowledge and Competencies: Teamwork and collaboration  Daily attendance and punctuality Dedication to an excellent customer experience Strong work ethic, embracing accountability and consistency Excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire for constant improvement Attention to detail Positive attitude A member of our management team will reach out to you soon!
