Angel's HD Suspension and Alignment is a family owned, small company with a huge project who is in the hunt for a Lead tech to repair semi-truck (Freightliner, Peterbilt, KW etc) suspensions and will also be our sales and operations manager. This is a very physical and time demanding job. We provide benefits such as 401k, medical and PTO after 90 day probation period. Responsibilities: Operations: Long-term planning to create initiatives that promote the general objectives of the company. Coordinate different teams to encourage the exchange of ideas and provide learning opportunities between teams. Evaluate and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits. Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives. Communicate with the board or other senior officials about changing company priorities and projects. Identify potential problems and friction points and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue Identify opportunities to expand or change course in order to take advantage of changes in the market Assist technicians hands-on if needed to complete pending projects to increase flow or alleviate demand pressure Do on-going recruitment and if hired train new technicians Work closely with office personnel and other senior employees to strategize/organize projects and control demand Sales: Supervision of sales, promotions and local and regional campaigns. Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives Direct and coordinate all sales activities at the local and regional level. Preparation of budgets and sales projections and approval of expenses. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service. Setting discount rates and determining price scales Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. Make data-driven decisions to drive performance and resource allocation Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. Supervise and direct the performance of the sales team. Definition and execution of territorial sales plans. Marketing: Create marketing campaigns to minimize downtime during low season Increase Brand awareness Requirements: Flexibility in doing overtime High school Diploma Technician Certification is a plus but not necessary Experience 2-5+ year in working with semi-trucks suspensions. Personality: Self-Starter Self-Motivated Ambitious Disciplined Visionary Determined Persistent Punctual Analytical Organized Language: English Spanish (Necessary) Compensation will be of a base pay of $25 per hour, there will be a weekly sales goal if reached base pay will increase to $30/hr for that week. There will also be a team bonus if sales goals are reached. This job is strictly based on performance. And it's compensations will increase as sales increase. There is no salary cap! Other: Drivers License (Needed) ASE Certified Preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 + Commission + Team Bonus
