I have 20 years experience running a shop does awesome volume and quality in the Bay Area, and I am expanding to this area. The positions that need be filled as as follows: Energetic manager that can manage the production and the office. Write accurate estimates and play a pivotal role in bringing in new business and maintaining relationships. Looking for an experienced painter who has a good grasp of waterbase and solvent paint systems Looking for an experienced Body Man that can perform medium to heavy repairs in a fast paced production shop. Most of the work consists of repair, with about 10% replacement and frame work. Efficiency and high quality a must. Looking for a prepper that can light bondo, light dents, alignment and Rand R. Also prepping primer, wet sanding and masking at an efficient pace without much error. Our staff all have an average of 8 yrs with us, so it is a good place to work, if that is what you like to do, WORK. We are on payroll here.
