Lost grey cat

I just moved into The Verge Apartments about a month ago and i let my cat out because he is an indoor/outdoor cat and he returned for a few days then never came back. I have a feeling a neighbor took him in. He knows his name as Kitty but his real name is Kishore. He is about 2 years old and he is a short hair Russian blue cat. (He is not wearing the same collar as in the pictures) He is extremely sweet and cuddly. Very vocal also. He has 3 small dog siblings and a new human sibling that he loves a lot. We would love him back he is my baby. Please get ahold of me thank you!
