Looking for a partner to start a mechanic business

I am not a mechanic by trade, I am from Alaska and more rounded than a specific profession. I have varied background experience in management in different industries and technical/mechanical aptitude to achieve what I want. I’ve communicated with various businesses regarding advertising and a pretty solid plan is established. I am looking for a partner that is interested in % ownership of an LLC that will operate in Washoe County for a mobile mechanic business. I do not have tools, nor a work vehicle for you. I have an LLC established under anonymity means that will take ownership of a second LLC located here in Reno. There is no physical business location, we are to be properly licensed including relating insurances. I am not interested in being a hack job service. I am wanting to find someone that may have wanted to do this but hasn’t followed through with it. I am not interested in $, I have most of the licensing paid for and overall I believe in rising tides raises all ships. There is a lot of money potential and expansion, vehicles need to be fixed and they always will.
