I have a house in maple hts that I need remodeled. Looking for several experienced people for the following jobs. Pick and choose whatever jobs you are interested in and please provide hourly wage or by the job. I can provide all materials or can call in payment if you are picking up materials. *Install 13 windows *install 2 entry doors and storm doors. *drywall repair *Wallpaper removal *patch prep and paint everything including doors trim and window trim. *replace outlets, switches, lights. Remove old kitchen cabs and install new. *install vinyl plank flooring *Remodel bathroom (tub surround toilet, vanity, sink, flooring, paint. *run electrical outlets in basement. *install drywall in basement, tape, coat finish and paint. * 9 glass block windows *replace some deteriorated wood siding on garage *paint garage or vinyl side. *install 1 car garage door *possibly add a bathroom on 2nd floor and basement. *some fencing.
