Demolition Crew needed to remove cedar lap siding from a small 2-story home near Greensburg, Pa. Construction Scaffolding will be set-up prior to removal team arriving. Two or Three man team would be considered. Would like to have siding removed in about one week's time. Job is removing approx. 22 square of horizontal cedar lap siding on a small 2 story home with an attached garage. All simple removal. The cedar wood siding will split off the nails when removed, and then the galvanized, ring-shank nails must be cut with bolt-cutters... flush with the existing foam sheathing. (Note: A small area has already been done, and this process worked fine.) The project is a 33 year-old, small, boxy 2 story with attached garage...and is not too high. Nothing fancy to deal with. A dump truck will be on site to accept the siding debris. Access is excellent. The truck can drive all the way around the home. The siding debris will be dumped on site in a burn pile in the rear yard. Please email if interested. Job starts in September. Thank you.
