Sebastian Landscaping are looking for fellow companies or solo guys who would like to join our list of snow subs for the winter. Need at least two dedicated routes covered as well as a back up. Routes are located in Moon Township/Robinson, Beaver and Chippewa Township. Moon | 4 Commerical [Zero Tolerance] – 5 Residential [low tolernaces] Beaver | 2 Commerical [Zero Tolerance] – 2 Residential [ low tolernaces] Chippewa | 3 Commercial [Zero Tolerance] – 4 Residential [low tolernaces] Must have your own plow truck and salt spreader. Some sites require a small amount of walks to be cleared. Sub-contractor must be able to maintain those walks as properties dictate. We are a on the books company, no cash payments, 1099, contractor agreement and minimum 1 mil general liability policy needed to do business with us.
