This cat was found near NW Overton/23rd, cat wandered into my apartment after meowing outside my door. Cat is overall clean and healthy but does seem a little skinny. Seems like it could be young, paws are still a little oversized. A little skittish but overall friendly. No collar. I like this cat and would be happy to keep it but if it is someones pet I'm sure they'd like to come home.
