I am writing this post on behalf of my nanny Marina K. She has been with us for almost 3 years, since my son was 4 months old. He is starting pre-school in September and she will be looking to find a new family and child to care for. I am still not sure how to break this news to my son, as she has become part of our family and he is going to miss seeing her all the time. I am happy to talk if you have any questions for reference.
