Very long shot, looking for re-homed pet

Long story short I moved but had to rehome my Jack Russell 7 years ago. The lady who initially took him then rehomed him again. I look frequently on the Dog and cat shelters website. I just want to find any shred of information about him. Purebred Jack Russell, I had him under the name Petie. He looked like he came right off the milkbone box. Even if I don't get him back into my possession, I just want a picture at the very least
