We are reaching out to see if there is any interest in someone leasing our restaurant kitchen for late afternoon/nighttime hours. We have an established kitchen, tables, booths, and counter seats, large parking lot, and would be willing to negotiate sharing our space to someone with a creative business idea! FOOD TRUCK/TRAILERS/CARTS - We are also willing to negotiate leasing our parking lot space for you to showcase your food/product! (After hours from our existing business) Our current businesses hours are from 7am-2pm, and staff is there until 3pm at the LATEST. Please e-mail to reach out with a summary of your idea.
