Apparently you didn't! The current rankings for POTUS's has Barry in the top ten presidents ever. Joe can't be rated yet but Trump has been. Who knew that he ranked 2nd from the bottom, right behind Buchannan. I didn't. I thought for sure he would be the #1 worst POTUS of all time.
